• My Nissan Juke had developed a bit of a leak, oil (???), from around the grill. We used to use Hillcrest as our go to garage but hadn't found a replacement since their closure, until I was recommended Cairo Street Garage. Although they were particularly busy and unable to look at it for a week, Danny asked I drive over and let him have a look over the problem. Turned out to be a power steering issue rather than oil and was better off not driving - so the car was booked in and parts ordered. Only took a few hours once in. They took the time to answer all my questions, the Good Garage Scheme service checklist they use makes the whole service completely and reassuringly transparent, they don’t do unnecessary jobs (so will only charge for what is actually needed - these are trustworthy professionals, not greedy cowboys), helpful in case of emergency (assisted me with a flat despite being about to close).
