We are now able to offer an off the car Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Cleaning & Reconditioning cleaning service which uses no heat, and almost no chemicals.

This is an OFF the car service only.
We clean out all the ash as well as the soot to almost completely empty your DPF.
We can usually turn your dpf around within 24hrs so very little down time.
You remove your DPF to keep costs down but leave all sensors on to save damage to them and the threads on the DPF.
We use no heat and only 500ml of chemical solution, then air and water to clean out your DPF, so there is no chance of damage to the internal structure.
All DPF’s are flow tested before and after cleaning to check if it is indeed worth cleaning and to confirm that it has successfully been cleaned out.
